Live Contract Administration

We act as the employer's contract administrator on retainer. Compensation events assessed against Clause 60.1. Programmes accepted or rejected against Clause 31. Certificates issued in time. Defects logged. Claims answered.

Setout doesn’t sell the NEC3, JBCC, GCC or FIDIC contracts themselves — those come from their publishers. The template packs are administration and drafting supplements you use with the official contract, not a replacement for it.
